Come to The PotterFields Park (Next to The Tower Bridge - London) from 9am to 10.30am on Saturday 23rd June for the celebration of International Yoga day invited by Art of Living London - Yogathon Challenge!
Yogathon - The Sun Never Sets on Yoga is a unique campaign that depicts the timelessness of yoga. Just like the sun, yoga is ancient and yet ever new, spreading its light and hope. Through this unique effort, the Art of Living has had the whole world waking up to the power of yoga, quite literally!
The Yogathon Challenge is to complete 108 rounds of Sun Salutations! They are a series of 12 powerful Yoga postures, which rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit! Not only are the Sun Salutations a wholesome workout, which help develop physique, muscle strength and reflexes, research suggests that it is one of the best things you can do for the mind as well. The well-known benefits include improved concentration & confidence and also lowered stress and anxiety.
