Spring Sound Bath

April sits in a tender in-between space. The days are getting lighter, nature is waking up, and yet many of us still feel a little winter-worn - tender, tired, and in need of gentleness.

A sound bath is an invitation to slow down and let your nervous system recalibrate.

As the pure tones of crystal singing bowls and elemental chimes move through the space, your body naturally begins to soften. Through resonance, sound meets the natural frequencies of your body, helping to release held tension. Through entrainment, your brainwaves gently synchronise with steady rhythms, guiding you into deep states of relaxation, calm, and clarity.

Sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions.
