SPRING EQUINOX WOMENS CIRCLE

Join me in a celebration of the Spring Equinox, with a special women’s circle to mark and welcome the return of this beautiful season.

This women's circle will be an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, your sisters and the unfolding beauty of spring all around you.

We will celebrate the turning season, shedding our wintering selves and stepping into the newness of spring. Spring is the season of rebirth, of hope, of new beginnings of planting intentional seeds and watching them grow!

In this women's circle, we will celebrate all this special moment in the year through . . .

* journaling practices

* guided meditation

* sound healing

* herbal tea

* a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental space

This circle is an invitation to connect deeply to yourself, the changing of the seasons and your inner magic. Whilst meeting and connecting with likeminded sisters.

Our evening will begin with a warming herbal tea and a sharing circle; a chance to drop into the space, and connect to the sisterhood, through ritual and ceremony.

Throughout the evening there will be more opportunities to share, listen, and connect, along with journaling practices, intentional rituals and guided meditations to mark and honour the Spring Equinox, and our evening will end with relaxation using crystal singing bowls.

Please aim to arrive 5/10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.

Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 7.10 pm as this is disruptive to the circle, please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.

Hey, I'm Heidi, If we haven't met before thank you so much for reading this far, I hope I get the chance to meet you in person soon!

I'm a yoga teacher, sound healer, and women's circle facilitator based in London.I am so passionate about the work I do and the journey we can explore together.

My aim is always to create safe and open spaces where you can find your way back to yourself.

Whether that is through giving you time and permission to rest and unwind with a sound bath, through somatic movement or yoga, or through open and honest authentic connection in the supportive and inspiring arms of a women's circle, my mission is to help you feel more like YOU.

A womens circleis a sacred space to share our experiences, our stories and our journeys in a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space. We will listen and be heard. Hold one another and give ourselves permission to be held and to meet one another and ourselves with kindness, compassion, and understanding.

Beautiful things happen when women come together. When we nourish, respect, and celebrate one another. When we let go of the societal pressures and just be. When we gather in this sacred container as our most authentic selves we uplift, support and inspire each other, and as a sisterhood we rise together!
