Please do bring snacks/water/ wet weather gear.These sessions are offered free with the option to DONATE. We ask you to pause a moment before you book and consider if you can afford a donation ticket today. Donating allows us to continue providing these walks for local people.Note: Karen's sessions will alternate between women-only one month, followed by 50+ the following month.For guidance on what to donate and our policy head HERE.* We suggest you book up to 3 sessions so you gain the accumulative benefits and learn the techniques for yourself.MEETING PLACE: The park entrance opposite Dorset Road off Elmers End Road.
