Expect music inspired by Bangladesh, South Africa, China, Nigeria, Jamaica, India, Latin America and more—all performed by Grand Union’s renowned global artists.A key part of the project is its intergenerational collaboration. In the lead-up to the event, Grand Union’s musicians will work with young performers from Young & Talented, a local performing arts charity. Selected students will join the orchestra for the final performance, sharing the stage with seasoned Grand Union musicians—some of whom have been part of the orchestra for over 40 years. Together, they create a powerful musical dialogue across cultures and ages.This is a relaxed performance, designed to be welcoming and accessible for all, including audiences with sensory sensitivities or additional needs.
