Limited £5 tickets also available using promo code promo-0203.Embrace the Power of SoundThis sound healing session is an immersive, full-body listening experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently guide you into a meditative state. Sound healing works on a subtle yet powerful level, using vibration and frequency to support relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity.As you lie down comfortably, waves of sound from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and chimes wash over you, inviting your body to soften and your thoughts to slow.No experience is required. There is nothing you need to do — simply arrive, lie back, and receive. Give yourself permission to pause, allow the sound to do the work, leave feeling reset, balanced, and restored.Doors opens 7.30pm - sound healing session commences at 7.45pm promptly and ends 8.30pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins. Late entry may not be permitted and no refunds given.Spaces are limited to preserve the quality of the experience.What to WearWear loose, comfortable clothes that you can fully relax in.What to BringYoga mats and blankets are provided but you can bring your own.
