Expect gentle movement, fresh air, and a slower start to the day.Important informationPlease bring your own yoga mat.This event is for adults aged 18+ only.This event will take place outdoors so ensure you have enough layers to stay warm. In the event of inclement weather, the session will be moved indoors.Doors will open 15 minutes before the event begins.Please note that the cafe and shop will not be open during the session.
