Welcome to Soft Landings! London’s first Loving Kindness Show curated by Samantha Moyo, founding mama of Morning Gloryville.
Soft Landings is a space where you come to receive joy, nourishment and stillness in the city. In Soft Landings your name, title and occupation do not matter. This is a place for the raw, authentic you to emerge.
We welcome the curious, the adventurous, those ready to wake up.
This multi-sensory journey is designed to help you slow-down, un-mind and be filled with good vibes. Expect an immersive, mind-cleansing adventure with live music, guided movement practices and delicious foods.
There will be 3 shows:
Morning Symphony 6am - 9am
Live Orchestra with Yoga + QiGong by Sweat and Sound
40 Piece Sound Healing Ensemble with Meditation by Cherabella
+ Giselle La Pompe-Moore
Lunchtime Rhythms plus Free Meal 12pm - 2pm
Drop in at lunch to reboot with Felix Buxton (Basement Jaxx)
+ Adah Parris
Sunset Wind-Down 5pm - 9pm
Delicious Live Folk, Soul and Jazz bands

Throughout the day the space will include:
meditation, movement, massage, organic vegan street food & drink stalls, art installations & performances, an on-site apothecary and sensory play by BitterSuite.

In partnership with Canary Wharf Group, this is a unique collaboration between the wellness, creative and corporate communities, taking place in a large glorious glass atrium building, East Wintergarden.

Soft Landings is part of Strong Island, a new fitness and wellness festival that will provide the Canary Wharf community with a window into the world of wellness. A festival focused on education and experience that will bring together leading brands, names and innovators in the health and wellness sector to Canary Wharf in 2019.

A word on our inclusivity policy
Tickets have been priced at the lowest possible rate. We want this event to be available to everyone and understand that there is a cultural rhetoric around representation, inclusivity and equality.
In response, we have allocated 50 FREE tickets to people on low income or who are unemployed that would like to take part / and 25 tickets to volunteers who want to get involved in creating the event on the day.
