The holidays are over, the diary fills again, the evenings quietly start drawing in, and everyone seems to be moving a little faster than they were a fortnight ago. This is a Sunday evening set aside to do none of that: 75 minutes to come back down gently, before the season carries you off.We begin with around thirty minutes of Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra meditation), a gently guided journey into that drowsy space between waking and sleeping where the body can drop into genuine deep rest while the mind stays softly aware. Gea's voice will lead you down through the layers while Sam's crystal singing bowls and shamanic instruments play quietly underneath. From there, we move into a full sound bath, carrying you the rest of the way and helping you find the great exhale.We first brought it together on our most recent retreat, and it landed so beautifully again in June that we wanted to continue bringing this to SOMA, every season. Come lie down and receive.🌙 Around 30 minutes of guided Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra) for deep, restorative rest🔔 A full live sound bath played on crystal singing bowls and shamanic instruments🍂 Sound woven through the whole practice, from the first breath to the very last💤 A gentle re-entry as summer softens into autumnNo experience is needed, and there's nothing you have to bring beyond yourself, though you're very welcome to pack anything that helps you get cosy, such as a blanket, an eye pillow or some extra layers.
