Sip & Stitch: Festive afternoon!

Join a Sip & Stitch workshop for a relaxed and creative activity where you can unwind, connect with others, and learn textile art skills. This event offers a wonderful space to explore your personal style through embroidery, appliqué, and more. All with a glass of Prosecco on entry!

This friendly workshop is perfect whether you're picking up a needle for the first time or you're already a seasoned stitcher. You'll learn how to master stitching basics and experiment with different techniques under expert guidance, all within a fun, no-pressure environment. We provide a fantastic selection of materials to get you started, including embroidery hoops, threads, and various embellishments. There's also a focus on sustainability, with 50% of the supplies being eco-conscious – sourced from sustainable places or kindly donated.

• Alternatively, you can choose from the fabric bases provided and create a brand new piece of textile art from scratch!

At the end of the activity, you'll leave with new skills and your unique textile creation, whether it's a brand-new piece or a personally embellished item. It’s all about having fun, learning something new, and embracing sustainable creativity.
