Dominique is known for her deep knowledge of Thai cuisine and her ability to translate intricate street food traditions into accessible, cookable dishes as she has in her latest cookbook The Asian Pantry.14.30 Next, Mandy Yin will demonstrate Kueh Dadar, a classic Malaysian pandan scented crêpe rolled around a rich filling of freshly grated coconut cooked in palm sugar.
