Customers are encouraged to buy tickets in groups of 4 , 6 or 8 so we can maximise the number of tables avaliable at the venue.

Guests should arrive 15 minutes early to the event. If guests are more than 1hour late they may lose their allocated table.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

No refunds outside of events cancellation. All postponed dates will be re-scheduled at a time of convenience.
- Food and Drinks ends at 2:30PM sharp. No Excuses or Exceptions. Please leave with the intention of arriving on time.
- Food and general service may be delayed in severe cases. In severe cases the event start times may be delayed. You will be requested to wait in the venue’s waiting area during this time.
- We have no responsibility for making the food or serving/making drinks. All issues will need to be made apparent to the serving staff.
- Date and location subject to change, we will not refund tickets if you do not want to attend the new location.
- Please note: If you have any covid symptoms within 7 days of the event, we will be unable to facilitate your booking however if you have already purchased a ticket or have a reservation, we will be able to rebook you for a future date as long as you notify us 7 days in advance.
