Seated yoga for the less mobile is a Charity donation class for St Joseph’s Hospice.
Time: Every Monday 4:45pm – 5:45pm
Location: Victoria Park Community Centre, 5 Gore Road, E9 7HR
Weekly sessions include breathing techniques (Pranayama), physical postures (Asana), inner energy work (Kriya & Layer movements), relaxation (Yoga Nidra and Meditation) to tone & flex the body, relax the mind and combat stress & tension.
