Originally trained in art, she worked in London’s creative industry before moving to Australia in 2011, where she focused on glass art. In 2022, she joined MasterChef Australia, showcasing her creativity. She launched her social channels in 2023, rapidly gaining a global following, especially in North America and Scotland.In Scran, Ali provides a new collection of more than 100 nostalgic and traditional Scottish recipes, seen through a modern lens.
