These extracts come from a master herbalist in Peru, who prepares them with deep reverence, fasting for two days before making each batch to ensure their purity and energetic potency.Melissa will then guide you through a breathwork session, a powerful practice that uses deep, circular breathing to access expanded states of awareness.
