The only difference is that Early Entry tickets give an additional 2 hours to meet authors , get books signed/take photos etc.Who must be ticketed?Anyone entering the Exhibition halls and/or Foyer must be ticketed. No children under 16 permitted, no exceptionsAre there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?RARE is now able to scan tickets for entry, so paper or electronic tickets are both accepted.If you do not have your paper ticket or can not check in electronically then identification is required. No alcohol of any kind can be brought into the event. Snacks and non alcohol drinks can be brought into the event. There will be a bar /snack bar at the event.Do I have to buy my own books?Yes. Books will not be provided for free. If you would like a book signed, please bring that title with you. Some attending authors will have a pre order form so you can order directly from them, some will not. Some authors will be wristband meaning after the first 20 attendees in line a line ambassadors will hand out numbered wristbands - one per attendee. You will then go about meeting other authors until your number is called. You can join the queue any time after your number is called, so no worries if you are busy or in another queue.There is a Costa across from our room next to a sandwich kiosk. There are also other food options up and down the hall corridor. Keep in mind food /snack bars will be open for the entire building meaning attendees from other events.
