RETURN OF THE LIGHT: WINTER SOLSTICE SOUND BATH & CANDLE CEREMONY

Join Stephanie aka Lolo Sound & Energy on the longest night of the year for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice gathering that honours the sacred stillness of the season. As the sun appears to pause on the horizon - we too are invited into a moment of pause, reflection and renewal.

The Winter Solstice invites us to rest in the hush between breath and heartbeat, to listen for the quiet truths that only darkness can reveal. This evening is a weaving of ancient symbolism and modern soul care - a sanctuary of sound, flame, and reflection. Through a gently immersive sound bath and a shared candle-lighting ceremony, we will honour both the deep night and the promise of returning dawn, embracing this turning point as an opportunity to set intentions for the year ahead.

CANDLE LIGHTING CEREMONY

Together we will light our candles, each flame softly carrying your intentions into the coming year. This shared act of togetherness a symbol of hope, resilience, and the promise of new beginnings.

SEEDS IN THE DARK

Just as seeds are planted, gathering strength beneath the soil, we too plant our intentions in this fertile darkness. What do you wish to cultivate in the light of the new year? What wisdom rests within you, waiting to rise?

SOUND BATH JOURNEY

Allow waves of crystalline sound, and celestial gong tones to wash through you like winter tides. Cocooned in vibration, you are invited to surrender, to soften and attune to the hush of the Earth’s deepest rhythm. Letting the sound guide you inward to a meditative space of stillness where clarity can emerge.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Intention-setting Candle Ceremony to plant the seeds of your year to come
• Restorative sound bath using Frosted Crystal Bowls, Gong* and Shamanic Instruments (*Please note it it not recommend to receive gong baths during pregnancy. Please join us for a session another time.)
• Soft mattress, cushions, blankets and bolsters are provided.

• Come as you are. No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary.

• Dress comfy.
• Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the session as doors close and event begins at the start time. No latecomers will be admitted.

Stephanie is a CMA accredited Sound Healing Facilitator and Galactic Reiki Practitioner.

Please note, while sound baths a gentle well-being practice used around the world for centuries there are some instances where it is NOT suitable. These are listed below. Always consult your GP/medical provider for advice if unsure.

• Gong Baths are not suitable during pregnancy.
• Bipolar disorder, aneurysms, epilepsy, seizures present or in the past.
• Cardiovascular problems / heart problems / any previous heart issues.
• Recent surgeries / implants / metal plates inside the body / pacemakers
• Severe tinnitus
