Sound Therapy (BAST) I am calling for people in the local community to take part in Soundbaths. All of these sessions include Himalayan bowls to gong to crystal bowls to therapeutic percussion.Some sessions look more deeply into the use of sound and music to improve health and wellbeing, and others will focus more on sound and music as an art form, as well as for creativity and fun. All you need to do is book the session(s) of your choice, and your feedback will go towards my final case study portfolio.
