Join us at "The Treehouse" in Walthamstow. In a setting of sun lamps and plants, we will lead participants through various mindful and mental health activities such as guided meditation, inner child work, stretching/gentle movement, and mental health support.*We only have 10 slots available!*We will also provide light and healthy breakfast, lunch, snacks, and vitamin D infused tea.
