Her tenure in the asset management industry provided invaluable skills in investment analysis and financial appraisals, laying a sturdy groundwork for her entrepreneurial venture. In 2018, while on maternity leave, she took the leap, founding Cosy Hauz with a £450,000 investment sourced from her personal savings and remortgaging her own home. Despite financial constraints, Xuan’s innovative approach to property development propelled Cosy Hauz to success, overcoming challenges like the pandemic and interest rate hikes.


To date, Cosy Hauz has successfully delivered developments with a combined GDV of £70 million and currently holds a £25 million property portfolio in the pipeline.
