It’s a welcoming, low-impact way to build confidence, boost mental wellbeing, and reduce isolation.Walks take place once a month and last around an hour. You’ll walk at your own pace with others who understand what it’s like to navigate life after cancer.Attendees can also join a supportive walking WhatsApp group after attending.______________________________________________Who is this for? Anyone who has finished cancer treatment and wants to support their wellbeing, move gently outdoors, and connect with others in a friendly, relaxed group.The aim: To support physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing, and help people feel more confident becoming and staying active after cancer.Your facilitator: Our groups are led by an accredited Feel Good Walk leader who has personal experience of cancer.Booking your place: Spaces are limited, so please pre-book. If you’re no longer able to attend, let us know so someone else can join.Free places: If you’re unable to make a donation, select a free space.
