Join us at Shoreditch & Soul for a carefully curated afternoon of somatic movement, sound, and stillness, designed to help you close one chapter and open the next with intention. This isn’t just a class, it’s a ritual.

Leading you through the experience is Deena Pierce - a fitness trainer and Level 3 PT, Pre & Post Natal specialist, Technogym Talent Trainer, founder of Pilates with Deena on YouTube and former performance coach. Deena’s journey has taken her from elite training environments to some of London’s most dynamic fitness spaces, but at the heart of everything she does is one thing: spreading love and light through movement to whoever may need it.

Her sessions are grounded in Pilates foundations but elevated through somatic movement; encouraging you to move not to perform, but to feel. Expect playing with stillness, strength and softness, structure and surrender.

Deena brings a deeply human and community-focused energy to every room she enters. Her long-term vision is to create an organisation supporting children in underprivileged communities through sport — and every class she teaches carries that purpose quietly within it.
