Our instructors will guide you through a fun and interactive introduction to martial arts, including:

🥋 Warm-up and movement exercises
🥋 Basic martial arts techniques
🥋 Blocks, strikes, and self-defense concepts

🥋 Introduction to traditional Kung Fu training
