On Sunday 27th September, we're bringing that community together to celebrate Madz's London life. This isn't a funeral. It isn't a religious service. It's a celebration. 🎧 A serious line-up of DJs from London's Underground House Music scene 📸 Photos and memories from Madz's life 🎬 A commemorative video created by her friends ❤️ Friends and people from across the London club community coming together 🕊️ No speeches — because Madz would have hated the music stopping! The response from the community has already been incredible. DJs, promoters, venue owners, photographers, graphic designers and creatives from across the industry are all donating their time and talents to make this happen. Raising funds for Tell MAMA Entry is by a minimum £5 donation, with 100% of money raised going directly to Tell MAMA to support its work tackling anti-Muslim hate and Islamophobia. You can donate at the event via the Tell MAMA QR code, or contribute online if you can't make it. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Tell MAMA has welcomed the event and is supporting the fundraising effort. If you knew Madz, we'd love you to be there.
