P LEASE, BE AWARE, CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE THEIR MATERNITY CARE UNDER NEWHAM UNIVERSITY HOSPITALBy the end of this session you will have an awareness of what to expect during the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period. Such as:- Baby Bathing;- Safe Sleeping (Preventing SIDS);- Change Nappies;- Stages of Labour;- When it's the right time to attend Maternity Assessment Unit?;-Natural Methods for coping in labour/pain relief/breathing techniques;- Perineal Care;- Low Risk/High Risk Care in Labour;- When things deviates from normality? (Intrapartum Intervention);- Postnatal period - Community Midwifery Care, Health Visitor, GP;- Breastfeeding;At the time of booking, please provide your MRN number, Name, Surname and your contact number.
