# Event Details - **Event Name**: Novi Members Dinner at The Ivy, London with Rebecca Leppard - **Event Start and End Date**: Tue, 15 Sep, 2026 at 06:30 pm – Tue, 15 Sep, 2026 at 08:30 pm - **Event Description**: Join our special guest Rebecca Leppard for a practical evening on: "Unleash Your Personal Brand, Unlock Your Hidden Earning Potential"About this EventYour network is your net worth — but your personal brand is the interest it earns. As the wise African proverb tells us..."If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."Rebecca has spent years helping women realise what they've been sitting on all along. Most women are the industry's best-kept secret. Decades of expertise, zero visibility outside their employer. This session provides a practical roadmap for building a personal brand alongside your corporate career, ensuring you aren't starting from scratch if your role disappears, your industry shifts, or you simply want more. We'll cover why visibility is career insurance, how to position yourself as a thought leader without quitting your job, and where the real money is when you package what you already know. What to Expect? A practical roadmap for building your personal brand alongside your career? Strategies to position yourself as a thought leader in your industry? Honest conversation about monetising what you already know? A powerful network of ambitious, high-calibre womenDon't miss this chance to connect, grow, and empower yourself alongside other driven professionals in the sophisticated atmosphere of The Ivy. The restaurant offers an extensive menu ranging from British classics to Asian-inspired dishes, with excellent options for all dietary preferences including vegetarian and vegan.Key TakeawaysYour expertise is an asset so start treating it like one. The things colleagues and juniors constantly ask you about are your first consulting offer, workshop, or digital product waiting to happen.Visibility is career insurance. The women who get promoted, headhunted, and invited to speak aren't always the most qualified. They're the most visible. Your LinkedIn profile is your shopfront but if it reads like a 2015 CV, you're invisible.AI is being trained on data that underrepresents women. Every time you post, publish, or speak publicly, you're feeding female perspectives into the systems shaping the future. Personal branding is a feminist move with real life consequences. You don't need spare time (because women don't have it) but you need a system. Every woman I've worked with was operating at full capacity. A clear positioning and a simple content rhythm can be executed in stolen hours.Monetisation starts with clarity, not a business plan. Know what you stand for, who you help, and what outcome you deliver and the revenue streams will followAbout The Special Guest SpeakerRebecca Leppard is a former journalist who cut her marketing teeth in corporate hospitality in Asia 16 years ago. After running magazines and heading up agencies across the region, she relocated to England in 2020, right in the eye of the pandemic. Hundreds of job rejections later, she stopped waiting for permission and built her own thing. She founded Upgrading Women, a marketing and branding agency that helps professional women turn their expertise into visibility, credibility, and profitability beyond their job title. Her clients include corporate lawyers, finance executives, and founders who were brilliant but less known. Now they're publishing books, speaking at TED, and appearing on podcasts, radio, and TV. Rebecca also works as a Fractional CMO across fintech, tradetech, and luxury hospitality. She knows what it takes to build a brand that opens doors, because she had to build hers from nothing, in a market that wasn't designed for her.Location & Getting ThereBy Train: 7-minute walk from London Bridge StationBy Car: Parking available at Tower Bridge Parking (50 Lower Thames St, London EC3R 6DT)City Center: Perfectly situated near Tower Bridge, ideal for combining with a riverside stroll or cultural activitiesImportant NotesTicket includes seat at the table, welcome drink, and 2-courses from the Heritage MenuPlease RSVP to secure your placeLimited spots available to ensure quality conversation and connectionDon't miss this opportunity to meet the amazing women of our community in person.
