NOURISHed cookery course at Old Oak Family Hub

Nourish Hub's next cookery course will be taking place at Old Oak Family Hub.

In each session, you will discover the impact our food waste has on the planet while learning simple and effective cookery skills. Classes are supported by a chef and nutritionist to learn introductory level nutrition knowledge and practical skills which are evidence based and help you cook healthy food on a budget.

At the end of the five weeks you will have:

• Learned to avoid unnecessary food waste to reduce your impact on the environment
• Extended your cookery skills
• Developed healthy eating knowledge

Who can take part?

Adults 18+ who are beginner cooks, residents of Hammersmith and Fulham or local to the Old Oak Family Hub.
