Hello- My name is Nita and I am a yoga instructor and lawyer. Over the the past few years I've taught neighborhood yoga classes, corporate classes, private classes and workshops. I have always loved sound baths and decided to become a qualified sound bath practitioner in 2025. I truly believe in the transformative power of yoga and sound healing to relax the body, mind and soul.
Join me for an immersive Sound Bath Meditation, where soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, tibetian bowls and chimes guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner calm.
