Come join us to experience Yoga Nidra. The beautiful sleep of the yogi. Explore how the brain wants to innovate and uncover new imaginings during sleep. Be in a world of deep relaxation where the unconscious dwells, sharing its wants, wills, and desires.
Perhaps come with a creative question, or an affirmation - a positive intention to manifest and let the body guide you. Wear cozy warm clothes, or a pair of PJs if you want, perhaps bring an eye mask if you have it and a wrap or a blanket.
