About Alice: "I'm a yoga teacher from London, but I've been living and teaching in Bali, a place renowned for its incredible energy and focus on well-being. This year, I've seen firsthand the transformative power of slowing down and reconnecting with the self. I’m hosting this workshop because I know how stressful and overwhelming the Christmas season in London can be. My goal is to share the tools and techniques I've learned to help you find that same sense of calm, peace, and deep rest that I've cultivated, right here in the heart of the city."
