NADA stands for the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association protocol, initially used to support people with addiction and to aid detoxification of the body. Since its development, it has been used around the world to support people and communities, providing accessible and community-led healthcare.Experienced as a group in a circle, NADA promotes relaxation and wellbeing, improved sleep and stimulation & strengthening of the body's meridians. Participants do not need a diagnosis for treatment, and you can choose to have acupuncture or acupressure if you are not comfortable with needles.
