The ride will be approx 55 minutes in length but we'll be together slightly longer, for around an hour including set up/cool down.Anti-diet culture, jiggly dance party on a bike. The focus will be on how we feel and reconnecting with the joy of movement. The actual cost of the class is £18 and tickets listed below that price are limited. We encourage you to consider the Green Bottle Method (see image below), designed by Alexis J.
