Warm-UpLight movement prompts and guided improvisation to help you settle into your body, the space, and the group.? Guided Movement Studies (Led by Lea)Explore a range of movement qualities, including:• Moving from tension into breath-led release• Finding ease in stillness• Grounding through weight, balance, and sensation• Light, playful, child-like movement• Optional partner/group explorations of support (with contact and non-contact options)✍️ Intuitive Mark-Making (Led by Charlene)Drawing warm-ups designed to loosen the hand and body, experiment with different materials, and ease into expressive, intuitive mark-making.?
