Mindfulness Meditation - Weekly Practice
Friday night meditation is back! Join us for weekly mindfulness practice every Friday night from 6.30-7.30pm as we reflect on the week and prepare for the weekend!
Whether you’re an advanced practitioner or a complete newbie, all are welcome! We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to access meditation regardless of your background or income, so this weekly session is donation-based - you pay whatever you can :)
What to expect:
45 minutes of meditation followed by 15 minutes of sharing over a cup of tea. Guided meditations are broken down into smaller segments and will be a mix of loving kindness, mindfulness of breath and body scan meditations.
Please arrive on time as it helps to create a vibe of stillness and calm :)

Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes indeed! You don't need to have meditated before or have any knowledge of mindfulness. Everyone is welcome!
What if I don't like it?
You may find that this session wasn’t for you and that’s perfectly ok. We’re always interested in hearing feedback and want to make the experience positive for you. We know lots of mindfulness and yoga teachers and are happy to help you to find something that works for you :)
