She specialises in beginner-friendly, confidence-building sessions and is on a mission to make running feel fun and welcoming for all.Guests should meet at the main entrance of the hotel on Albany Street, London at 8:50am for a prompt start of 9am. An area to drop bags and coats on arrival will be provided.
