She is passionate about sharing the flavors of her culture and creating welcoming spaces where food brings people together.Both of Flo’s parents were born on the lush tropical island of Dominica, nestled between Guadeloupe and Martinique. She lived there as a child and continues to return regularly, staying deeply connected to the island’s food traditions.
