- **Event Description**: This is your opportunity to understand what it means to be a change agent. How do you become a successful leader and advocate for a change impacting your area of responsibility. How do you balance this role with the day job?This workshop gives you the tools, techniques and know-how to be a successful agent for change. It will include a mixture of practical exercises, real life discussions and opportunities to personalise the learning experience to suit your own needs. This workshop will be particularly beneficial for those who have recently been asked to undertake a change agent role as part of their normal duties or need to develop a culture of change readiness within their organization.You will learn:The challenge of change, how it effects people and how they react;Why change happens and what that means for change agents;Consider what is your personal role as a change agent;Provide tools, techniques and real life cases to prepare you to be a successful leader, advocate and agent of change.Day 3 will end with the CCA examination..Lunch and refreshments are included.
