As a charity we do not charge for these courses.With Sahaja Yoga we generally sit on chairs to meditate, effortlessly &amp; spontaneously. As such no Asanas (exercises) are required, no mat or special clothing.This community group is running to invite all those who might be interested in learning how to meditate and for those who want to achieve a deep connection with their true self.Many are curious as to what meditation actually is, its benefits and how to use it for self-help on a daily basis.The meetings aim to provide that insight and know how.The charity offers free bespoke classes that are designed to help those attending get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly.
