All Frequencies: www.snakesofrussia.com THIS IS RADIO SILENCE This Is Radio Silence (TIRS) are post-punk/electro/industrial/shoegaze band from the south-east of England, formed in 2006 by Ben McLees after the split of Wasp Factory Recordings-signed Earth Loop Recall. TIRS has undergone several line-up changes since its formation, but in recent years has been represented by the core trio of McLees (vocals, guitar), Geoff Courts (bass & guitar, 2010-present) and Hunter Barr (keys, 2012-present). Renowned for their intense & loud live shows, TIRS have supported groups such as The Chameleons, The Young Gods, Empathy Test, Bootblacks and Ashbury Heights in the UK.
