This is a beginner friendly workshop, however, being fit and having some experience with sports, dance or martial arts is recommended.At KENGIDO (pronounced KEN-gee-do), we teach Samurai movements and communication with others through learning combined movements of sword techniques of martial arts and performance with the beauty of forms. It creates a unique and innovative discipline while learning from traditions.WHAT TO EXPECTWe will start with a light warm up and fundamentals. From there, we will work our way up to doing a short piece of choreography. You will have the opportunity to film this section to post on social media if you'd like.
