This course is open to anyone over the age of 13.We will be using a constraints-led approach in the course. This is a coaching method that uses specific rules or limitations to guide a grappler's learning process, rather than traditional drilling. This approach manipulates constraints (task, environment, or individual factors) to create dynamic, goal-oriented games where learners discover their own solutions to movement challenges.The course enables you to develop your fitness, balance, coordination, and flexibility in a no-pressure environment. It provides the opportunity to start a new sport at a reasonable price with like-minded beginners.No-Gi Grappling is a full-contact martial art, combat sport, and self-defence system focusing on grappling, especially ground fighting. Alexandra Park BJJ offers BJJ classes for all levels.The course will run on Thursdays at Alexandra Park School, Rhodes Avenue, London, N22 7UT.
