Introduction to Mindfulness
What is the relevance of mindfulness for the workplace? Neuroscience suggests that mindfulness training is one of the most effective tools to train attention, create mental space, increase resilience, emotional intelligence, creativity and overall wellbeing. This introductory session looks at the neuroscience behind mindfulness practice, serves as an introduction to the what mindfulness is and explores the relevance for the busy professional.
