What Are Systemic Constellations?
Systemic Constellations is a therapeutic process that explores the forces shaping our lives. These forces often appear as difficulties or feelings of being ‘stuck,’ affecting our:

💔 Behaviour
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Relationships
💼 Career
🏥 Health & Wellbeing
💸 Finances
This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s current life and helps uncover blockages, often rooted in family history. It opens the door for healing and positive shifts.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATION SESSION?
The ‘client’ is referred to as the ‘Issue Holder.’
Other workshop participants act as ‘Representatives,’ standing in for key people in the client’s life (family members, colleagues, partners, etc.).
Sometimes, abstract concepts like emotions, countries, or even destiny are represented.
All participants are invited to take part as Representatives. Many people report experiencing profound personal insights by simply witnessing the process, regardless of their role.

WHY DOES IT WORK?
Scientific research shows that our ancestors' experiences can shape our behaviour and affect future generations. Epigenetics research has found that traumatic events can alter genetic structures, influencing our behaviour patterns. This concept aligns with the principles of Systemic Constellations Therapy, which addresses these family system dynamics.

“It’s only now that science is catching up with what is evident in Systemic Constellations work: trauma in the family history affects future generations' behaviour.”
