This month we're counting down to Notting Hill Carnival!!!These classes are great for people who want a faster pace to learn and improvers who want to level up their skills, but mostly for anyone looking to get fit in a fun and inclusive way. I'm a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualified fitness & dance teacher. I teach fun classes that celebrate how your body moves and jiggles, and not what it looks like! My twerk classes explore the traditional African style called 'Mapouka', which nowadays we call 'twerking'. You'll learn twerk techniques in a safe, fun and inclusive space with a range of music styles from Afrobeats, Brazilian Funk, Soca to Dancehall.My classes encourage movement and celebrate Black culture. At the end of each class we finish on positive affirmations to leave you feeling empowered and energised.
