An integral part of the clinic is its collaboration with Pam, an experienced Pilates teacher, who offers guidance on post-birth wellbeing, body awareness, and gentle strengthening.With health services under increasing pressure and long waiting times for non-urgent concerns, the clinic provides an accessible, community-centred space where parents can receive support, treatment, and reassurance.
