Hip Opener and Mindfulness Meditation practice workshop
Hip Opener and Mindfulness Meditation practice workshop - for students and staff of ICL, RCA, RCM and LSE who have established a solid daily meditation practice and who have attended at least the 5 weeks course Mindfulness Meditation for Health & Wellbeing (or a similar 6/8 weeks Mindfulness course else where).
In this a continues course (8 sessions of 1.5 hours) we will explore a variaty of yoga postures that will help you to become more aware how to sit comfortable. You will learn a number of exercises who can help to open the hip joints and strengthen your core muscles.
As part of the session we will also sit in meditation together. There will also be time for sharing and answering questions around mindfulness body work and meditation practice.
Booking deadline is 5th October noon.
Please book only with your university email. Other bookings will not be accepted.
Please dress in comfortable cloths as you would for a yoga session.
