The route heads toward Rackham Hill, before turning south over Barpham Hill, where the landscape opens into classic rolling downland. We then descend into the peaceful Wepham Woods, a tranquil stretch of oak and beech woodland that feels wonderfully secluded. Leaving the woods, views begin to open toward Arundel Castle, its towers rising dramatically above the town. The walk finishes in Arundel, where cobbled streets, historic buildings, and the castle backdrop create a memorable end to a hike that perfectly blends hilltop views, woodland paths, and historic countryside.?
