We want to make things as easy as possible for you, as you negotiate life with a tiny human.It’s a two hour free drop-in session, funded by Camden Giving, where you can find support from a variety of practitioners, who’ll either be able to help you on the day or signpost you to the person or place that’ll be of most benefit to you.It’ll also be a space that you can meet other Mamas and parents in your community, over a cuppa, to laugh and cry together about walking the path of parenthood.There’s no minimum or maximum age of your little one - everyone’s welcome!At December’s drop-in you’ll find:1-2-1 and Group ConsultationsA Baby & Child Sleep Consultant: Nicky Mulligan will be able to answer your questions about your baby’s sleep.A Women’s Health Physio (1-2-1 Sessions - all morning): Naomi Chanim will be offering free 10 minute 1-2-1 Diastasis recti or pelvic floor assessments in our consultation room - Booking is essential for these sessions.Motherhood Lifeline Therapist: Kristina Matej will be there for you if you feel anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected or find yourself having hard to ignore negative repetitive thoughts or are struggling with the idea of leaving your baby when returning to work.
