We are planning. We are often frustrated. It's very easy to feel restless, uncertain, disconnected from our selves and our vision/dream, and even lose hope. It's also easy to fall into all or nothing when it comes to nourishing our needs and desires e.g. joy, adventure, freedom, love, security etc.​This month's circle theme invites exploration into where we are, where we want to be, and how we can nourish our selves and our souls while living in the in-between.
