That experience informs the way I hold space: with care, safety, sensitivity, and deep respect for whatever may be present. Whether that be joy, rest, emotion, or simply the need to sit quietly among women. Alongside my work as a midwife, I am also trained in Reiki and Kundalini-based facilitation, which supports the way I hold space. My spaces are attuned, grounded, and deeply respectful of each woman's nervous system and boundaries. You do not need to have experienced trauma, loss or any specific life event to attend. This circle is for all women, in all seasons of life. You are welcome exactly as you are.
